Dugaan Penyalahgunaan dana hibah Pasuruan

BintangEmpat.com, Pasuruan – Jawa Timur, (13/1/2019) – Presiden Joko Widodo yang akrab disapa Jokowi, yang terkenal dimasyarakat dengan birokrasi nya cepat, mudah dan bebas pungutan liar (pungli) ini dirasakan masyarakat luas, namun tidak dirasakan bagi masyarakat Pasuruan.

Masyarakat mengeluh atas buruknya pelayanan Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pasuruan (Dispendukcapil), masyarakat mengeluh karena proses nya lama dan ribet.

Seperti yang dialami Mrs.X (bukan nama sebenarnya), dia mengeluh, “saya membuat surat keterangan (suket) perpanjangan pengganti E-KTP sampai 2 minggu, dan itupun saya harus bolak-balik dari UPT Purwosari ke Dispendukcapil, balik lagi ke UPT trs balik lagi ke Dispendukcapil, padahal pak Jokowi kan kinerja nya tidak begitu”, keluh nya kesal.

Warga lain yang mengeluhkan diakun FaceBook (FB) dengan nama Papih Marley, “demi.allah saya udah abis 9rts ktp blm jadi. Pertama bikin surat pindah terima atau apa saya lupa 350rb terus bikin kk nya di m 150rb trs minta lagi buat ktp nya 4rts tp belm jadi juga udah 4bln. Bayar sama orang janti saya kan mau ngurus sendiri trs kata org desa nya ke bapa sana ya saya samperin eeeh d uangin ya saya bayar tp sampai saaat ini senin kamis alasan nya blangko lah mesin lah sembarang d bilangin yg jelas gajadi udah 4bln. Oke di balikin tp nanti kalo udah jadi harus bayarr 650. Aneh saya sama pemerintah pasuruan”, tulis nya di grup INFO LANTAS DAN KRIMINAL PASURUAN (ILKP).

    Begitu lemah dan bodohkah pelayanan masayarakat di kabupaten pasuruan , sehinggah membuat surat pindah antar kabupaten saja hampir 6 bulan tidak selesai” , pegawainya masuk kerja apa cuma absen kemudian duduk” santai ….

  • kalau perlu dibayar lo on time tiap bulan petugasnya
    apa perlu di pecat massal karena menyusahkan masyarakat se kabupaten lo
    dosaaaa bangetz mereka
    mana bagian loket judes kaya lampir
